Returns and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us.
1. Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery for:
- Incorrect size
- Defective/damaged product
- Wrong item sent
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled. . Items must be unused with original tags and packaging.

2. How to Request
Email us at contact.36x@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photos if applicable.
Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, a pick up request would be raised from our end at the address where the item was delivered.


3. Refund/Exchange Process
After receiving the items back in our Warehouse, the Customer Experience Team would perform a final audit of the returned item, and the refunds/exchanges would be initiated on the same day.
- Refunds are processed via original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges are dispatched after item verification.
Note:
- No returns for discounted or sale items, unless defective.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
To return your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps:
- Go to 'Orders'
- Click on the return button next to the product you want to return.
- Select the reason for return from the dropdown.
- Select the mode of return as reverse pick up or self shipping.
- In case your pin-code is serviceable for a reverse pick-up, kindly confirm the address and contact number.
- Click on the acknowledgment box and submit your return request.
